Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our comprehensive evaluation fee is $150. This appointment takes about 60-90 min to complete. We will discuss our findings and recommendations at this appointment

  • Our comprehensive program is priced competitively at $2,100. This fee includes your supplies and all sessions needed for success. We estimate approximately 12 to 15 sessions for this program, with each session lasting 30 to 45 minutes. We are here to see you through the entire process over the course of 6 to 12 months.

  • We don’t provide a per-session option as our commitment is to guide you through the entire program, from start to finish. A comprehensive program provides accountability, ensuring your commitment to seeing it through and ultimately more cost effective.

  • Unfortunately, insurance companies can be challenging to work with. We prefer to be transparent in our time and pricing, with no hidden fees or limits on sessions. For this reason, we do not bill insurance companies directly. We can provide you with a super bill if you choose to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please know, there is no guarantee that any of your super bill will be reimbursed. We understand that treatment costs can be a financial hurdle. We do offer payment plan options to alleviate these concerns. We can also accept payment from your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA)

  • Since we don’t accept insurance, no referral is necessary to begin. However, some clients are referred by orthodontists, ENTs, sleep specialists, dentists, or pediatricians. Collaboration with other healthcare providers that we find helpful in your treatment plan is often encouraged.

  • Some clients notice improvements in as little as a few weeks, while full results typically occur over several months of consistent therapy. Long-term success depends on consistency and whether any structural issues (like tongue-tie or nasal obstruction) also need to be addressed.

  • This is an investment in either yourself or your child. This small investment can save you thousands of dollars over your lifetime. Think about the costs associated with dental crowns or implants from cracked teeth, redoing orthodontic treatment or replacing night guards. Also considering the costs of copays and deductibles with healthcare providers to address sleep issues, feeling unrest, or chronic allergies and congestion. A better, healthier you is invaluable.
